THE LOCATION
Situated in the picturesque rolling hills of Greys Farm in North Hertfordshire, we were very fortunate to relocate here from Buntingford in 2005. Whilst many breweries are set within urban industrial settings for production purposes, the 100 + acre backdrop here supplies us with some of the most important parts to our processes.
WORKING WITH NATURE
Drawing water from the land from a well bored down over 150 feet into the hills, this core ingredient makes up 90% of the finished product. What we don’t use, goes back out into the land through a unique reedbed filtration system outside the brewery.
LOCALLY SOURCED
Sourcing our malt from across East Anglia, we operate 2,500 litre Fermentation Vessels, with the addition of a 300 litre pilot brew kit alongside, allowing us to perfect exciting new recipes and specialty beers.
